
Employer can recover the Insurance value of the Resigned Employee
The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) in Saudi Arabia clarified that an employer can recover the remaining amount in the insurance policy from participation of the resigned Saudi employee.

However, the council said that the claims of the resigned employee should not exceed 75% of the subscription value.
A Saudi citizen in his inquiry asked that, In the event of the resignation of the Saudi employee, can I remove him from the insurance policy and recover the insurance amount?
The council stated it via Twitter, In response to an inquiry stating that, “an employer can cancel the insurance of the Saudi employee upon his resignation, with proof of this being submitted to the insurance company, and he has the right to recover the remaining part of the subscription, when the employee whose claims did not exceed 75% of the subscription value on a pro-rata basis
