A new page will open containing some details and instructions. It is important to mention here that a traffic violation can only be challenged within 30 days of receiving a ticket. - Disputed via this service, to dispute paid violation you can visit main branches of the general department of traffic (GDT).

- Royal Decree Number (85/m) dated 26/10/1428 is applied.
In case you want to check the status of already challenged violations, click on the other button which reads as “view disputed violations”. Don’t create a dispute if you are not sure that you are innocent, repeated misuse may lead to the temporary suspension of this service.
Now a new screen will appear from where you will have to select the Traffic Violation which you want to challenge, complaint, create a dispute or claim against a traffic violation ticket in Saudi Arabia through your Abshir or MOI account in KSA.
The selected reason for Challenge/Dispute should be relevant to the dispute. Congratulations, you have successfully filed a complaint against the traffic violation.
If you have not committed a violation, you will receive a response like the one given below which means that your traffic dispute has been accepted by the authorities. The amount of the paid traffic violation will be refunded to the same account which was used for the payment within 3 days.
If you don’t receive a response from their side within a week, we suggest you to visit the nearest Traffic Police (Muroor) office.
