What is Qiwa Platform?
The Qiwa platform was introduced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) to combine all the employment services under one electronic roof. The employment contracts for expatriate workers in the private sector can now be accessed and updated through its Qiwa platform. The launch of the new online service is in addition to the existing 85 services already provided through Qiwa.
How to Register on Qiwa platform
You can now register with the Qiwa platform if you have already registered with Absher. Following are the step-by-step procedures,
Visit the Qiwa sign-up webpage: https://auth.qiwa.sa/en/sign-up
Enter your ten-digit “Iqama number“
Enter Date of Birth
Enter the OTP sent by Absher to your registered mobile number.
Enter your email address and the new password
Enter the mobile number that you want to register with the Qiwa platform and click on the “Send” button.
Enter the OTP received on your mobile.
That’s all. Now you have successfully registered with the Qiwa platform.

The following is the list of services available at the Qiwa platform which you can avail after registering your account;
- Employee Transfer Service.
- Change Iqama profession.
- Contract Management Service.
